All the consignments with regulated and non-regulated products, which are moving to KSA shall obtain the Shipment Certificate of Conformity (SCoC) for the Customs clearance.

PROCESS FLOW

Importer to send online request on SABER for obtaining SCoC for importing products into KSA
TÜV Middle East W.L.L verifies the validity of PCoC for regulated products.
Payment of SCoC fees.
SCoC is issued through SABER online portal and the validity is for that specific shipment only.
