HOME - SASO - PCOC

Product Certificate of Conformity (PCOC) shall be obtained for all the Regulated Products as per the SASO Technical Regulations and it is valid for one year upon issuance.

Saudi Standards, Metrology, and Quality Organization (SASO) has approved TUV Middle East for the following Technical Regulations (TR) and covers the below scope.

Process Flow

  • Importer adds Product information on the SABER Platform for obtaining PCoC.
  • Importer selects Certification Body (CB) such as TÜV Middle East W.L.L. for issuance of PCoC.
  • Payment of PCoC Fees. (Government + CB)
  • TÜV Middle East W.L.L facilitates the Product Conformity Assessment Process and liaises with the exporter/manufacturer for submission of all substantiating documents.
  • Evaluation of the documents against the requirements in Technical Regulations and Standards.
  • Performing Factory Audits (if applicable)
  • PCoC will be issued in SABER portal and it is valid for one year upon issuance
